An introvert survival kit is a fun, easy way to equip yourself with a few basic tools for keeping your stress levels down. These are what I use on a daily basis. Let me know what you use!
Have you ever made eye contact with someone and feel forced to spark a conversation with them? Sunglasses will take away that option. When you have your sunglasses on, not only will you not make eye contact with anyone, but you can also be in your own little nosy world! The bigger, the better!
When I don’t want to talk or listen to people I put on a pair of headphones and create my own space. Headphones make me feel instantly invisible. Most of the time I don’t have anything playing with them on, people just will tend to leave you alone when you have them on.
You can do anything from being on Pinterest to reading a book, your cell phone can be your BFF in crowds. It’s a nice distraction, but also you’re not being disrespectful or seem “cold” to the people in your surroundings.
Since my phone can be my BFF from time to time depending on my surroundings. My battery runs low very quickly! Anything below 65% makes me nervous! Instead of plugging my charging cable into the wall and be stuck by the outlet, I instead plug the charging cable into my battery pack and charge my iphone that way.
PEN AND PAD
My mind is always running with ideas and things i want to do, so I try to never be without a pad of paper. I like to write it down. Sometimes typing things on my notes app on my phone doesn’t feel as official as a pen and pad.
